Equate was founded by Marjon Castelijns, operations professional. She has over 15 years of international experience in the field of consulting, project management, operations management, procurement, supply chain and logistics both in the private business and the (public) development sector. This experience was gained at companies like KMPG Consulting, Philips, Avery Dennison, UNICEF and International Procurement Agency. Ms Castelijns has executed and managed consultancies with clients like DFID, UNICEF, RTI/USAID, BTC, the Malawi National AIDS Commission, UMEME and the Royal Embassy of the Netherlands in Uganda. She has worked in several countries including Uganda, South Sudan, Kenya, Mozambique, Malawi, Sierra Leone, Turkey, Israel, Netherlands, Spain, Germany and the UK.
Her management experience, combined with practical and analytical skills enables her to both lead and execute projects. Ms Castelijns holds a degree in International Business Studies and has qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Production and Inventory Management and Lean Six Sigma.

Ms Castelijns works with a solid network of professional consultants and business partners to ensure 100% client satisfaction. These experts come both from developed world and developing countries, mostly Uganda, and work together to combine international experience with local knowledge.
